The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside has been proudly serving children and families since 1967. We are one of the premier non‑profits in the Inland Empire and looking for an incredible Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) to join our dynamic team. We are a highly driven and mission‑focused organization in need of an energetic, people‑focused, organized, and committed professional to fill the critical role of Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC).
The Club’s impact extends throughout several sites across the Inland Empire, Redlands, and areas of the High Desert.
Directly responsible for overseeing operations at assigned elementary, middle, or high school before or after school program.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) is responsible for the supervision of the Youth Development Specialist/Youth Leaders/TK Specialists/Drivers, the development and implementation of daily activities, the scheduling of staff members, and for assisting with administrative duties. They ensure the safety and quality of their before or after school program in all aspects.
KEY ROLES (EssentialJob Responsibilities )
- Lead teams of Site Coordinators and Youth Leaders/TK Specialist, YDS, & Drivers.
- Ensure delivery of programming that meets contractual expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations adopted by the local health authority, BCGA, BGCGRR and the School District.
- Ensure proper staffing at each school each day.
- Observe and assess program delivery.
- Problem-solve and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and praise.
- Identify and support professional development opportunities for their teams.
- Ensure staff are meeting essential job duties and safety criteria.
- Plan and implement several staff trainings throughout the year.
- Maintain accurate records and data-tracking methods.
- Proactively seek ways to improve program delivery and implementation.
- Responsible for tracking Key Performance Indicators for programming.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Be a leader for and role model of the BGCGRR in the community we serve.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with the BGCGRR leadership team to meet organization-wide goals.
- May be assigned special projects periodically by the Director of Program Services.
Leads and collaborates closely with Site Coordinators and Youth Leaders/TK Specialists to ensure effective program delivery. Provides coaching, feedback, guidance, and support to team members while maintaining communication with supervisors to report on progress, discuss challenges, and align on priorities.
ExternalEngages with school Points of Contact (POCs), school administration, parents, and community partners to support program goals, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery of services in alignment with contractual and safety standards.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED- High School diploma or GED Required.
- College Degree Preferred.
- Must have at least 48 semester/72 quarter college units, College Degree or pass School District NCLB test.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in youth development.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of youth development stages.
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to plan and implement quality activities for youth.
- Ability to organize and supervise youth in a safe environment.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older (21 for High School Sites).
- Valid State Driver’s License or California .
- Must clear TB, Drug Screen and Fingerprint check.
- CPR & First Aid Certifications within 90 of hire.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, carts, sports equipment, etc. and reach overhead. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and multi task.
