Overview
The Savannah R-III School District is looking for a certified Special Education teacher. The successful candidate should be able to provide students with a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners. The candidate should be organized, possess exceptional time management skills, and be well versed in special education practice. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can motivate and encourage learners to maximize their learning potential.
Responsibilities- Provide students a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Be organized, manage time effectively, and apply best practices in special education.
- Motivate and encourage learners to maximize their learning potential.
- Incorporate CWC and Direct Instruction in a self-contained and push-in environment.
- Certified Special Education teacher.
Openings are at the elementary level. This position is for the 2026-27 school year.
