Position Summary
Temporary, Non-Exempt, Full Time, Benefited position through 6/30/2025 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $4,506.00- $5,000.67 per month
Location: CSUSB Campus
Work Schedule
40 hours per week (specific days and times to be determined); schedule may require working irregular hours including evenings and weekends, but typically Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM.

Typical Activities
The Project Analyst will work under the direction of the Program Administrator and Quality Start San Bernardino faculty higher education supervisor as well as in support of various projects within ICDFR. The Project Analyst will have the following duties:
- Education: BA in child development or related field.
- Experience:
- Experience in child care programs.
- Familiarity with QRIS systems, early childhood workforce, and higher education.
- Other:
- Ability to work with a diverse population including communication with people from diverse cultures, ethnic backgrounds, socio-economic levels, and educational levels.
- Skilled in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Ability to handle multiple work priorities, organize work projects, and complete them in a timely manner.
- Strong oral and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment and computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and database management.
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Willingness to travel based on program needs.
- MA in child development or related field.
- Experience with collaborating in higher education.
- Experience with early childhood education.
- Experience with adult mentoring.
