• Inbound Operations:
  Lead the unloading, inspection, and receipt of inbound shipments; verify accuracy against purchase orders.
• Putaway:
  Ensure efficient and accurate placement of received goods into inventory storage locations.
• Amazon Packing & Routing (SME):
  Act as Subject Matter Expert for Amazon packing, labeling, and routing processes; ensure compliance with Amazon standards.
• Pick/Pack & Ship:
  Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and packaging quality.
• Clerical Duties:
  Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and returns. Assist with documentation and filing.
• System Navigation:
  Utilize WMS and internal portals for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
• Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management:
  Update and manage spreadsheets, logs, and reports. Conduct basic data analysis and assist with cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Team Support & Coordination:
  Assist with daily task coordination across warehouse functions; provide peer training, procedural guidance, and support to associates; act as a point of contact for operational questions or escalations; promote adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• PI/MHE Operations:
  Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and in compliance with certification and safety procedures.

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.
• Experience navigating Warehouse Management Systems (MS).
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
