University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (UEC) supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. UEC is responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. UEC also serves as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
PositionSummary
Temporary, Staff, Non-Exempt, Full Time, Benefited position through June 30, 2026 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $4,680.00 to $5,500.00 per month.
Location: CSUSB Campus UCDD Office.
Work Schedule40 hours per week. Typically Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Some nights and weekends may be required.

Typical Activities- Document revenues and expenditures expected and submit to management.
- Perform accounting tasks (calculating, posting, verifying financial data) for maintaining records such as invoices, purchases, and substantiating business transactions.
- Procure department repair orders and office supplies; collaborate with Facilities to keep all rooms cleaned, maintained, and organized.
- Communicate regularly with the Program Coordinator to ensure supplies are available in the center as needed.
- Approve payroll for Behavioral Technician Assistants, Behavioral Technicians, and Counselors at the end of each pay period.
- Review HR records and coordinate with UCDD supervisors and counselors to acquire essential documentation for payroll processing.
- Develop spreadsheets to track employee hours worked, clients served, and in‑house/telehealth sessions.
- Track client and parent attendance, support services provided (specific code), and in‑center/telehealth records for accurate billing.
- Deliver specific memos to families.
- Perform funder billing; report weekly updates to the Director and accounting department on billing status. Prepare and track financial paperwork for vendor approval. Coordinate recruiting and outreach events under the Director’s supervision.
- Collaborate with the UCDD Program Coordinator during the entire hiring process of BTAs, BTs, and Counselors; report referrals, hiring progress, separation updates, and other operational issues to the Director.
- Schedule and track employee trainings and certifications (e.g., CPR, NPI, RBT, CSULearn) to ensure compliance; contact employees via phone/email with reminders about training deadlines.
- Coordinate with the UCDD Program Coordinator to design, document, and update UCDD policies, procedures, forms.
- Perform maintenance and renovation to the UCDD website; participate in weekly office meetings.
- Coordinate faculty overload with the Watson College of Education analyst.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
- Occasional in-state conferences, meetings, and networking functions (2–3 times per year).
- Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting, Management, or closely related fields.
- Experience:
- Three (3) years of experience in general office administration and clerical work.
- Experience using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite—Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Other:
- Sound foundation in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation, with working knowledge of office methods, procedures, and practices.
- Ability to accurately maintain records and files.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to follow directions, take initiative, be flexible, multi‑task with minimal supervision, and make day‑to‑day decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high confidentiality.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures with minimal supervision, exercising judgment and discretion when precedents are absent; troubleshoot administrative problems; respond to inquiries and requests about the work area.
