As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, material issuance, inventory accuracy, team leadership, and continuous improvement. You will ensure materials flow efficiently to support production, customer fulfillment, and operational success.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Train and onboard new hires.
- Serve as backup for Inventory Analyst and Team Leads.
- Assign and direct daily job tasks.
- Track, verify, and issue materials in Epicor.
- Monitor and replenish out-of-stock items.
- Schedule material pickups and allocate jobs.
- Maintain accurate inventory in ERP.
- Verify cycle counts, address discrepancies, conduct RCCA.
- Track scrap and prevent shortages.
- Support receiving, resolve discrepancies, complete inbound transactions.
- Conduct RCCA, non-conformance, and inspection processing.
- Verify documentation and ERP accuracy.
- Report quality issues to Engineering/Purchasing.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and job travelers.
- Evaluate and refine job processes quarterly.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and audits.
- Issue and return materials for jobs and operations.
- Track shortages and replenishments.
- Verify order fulfillment accuracy.
- Audit warehouse operations and update boards/ERP.
- Oversee warehouse layout, labeling, safety, and accessibility.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling, and training programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/shipping experience, preferably manufacturing.
- Forklift experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Strong time management.
- Self-motivated with leadership abilities.
- High School diploma or GED; two years related experience/training preferred.

Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required. Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Must lift at least 50lbs, raise arms above shoulder level, and perform overhead work for extended periods.
The ability to climb and carry ladders (up to 12 ft), navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts is essential. Employees must access restricted areas (e.g., switch gear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces) and wear full PPE. Good vision and hearing (normal or corrected) and accurate color identification are required. Some projects may lack food facilities, so bringing meals and snacks is necessary.
