R-About the Role  Johnson Brothers is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead to support our warehouse operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you will help train new team members, support daily workflow, and ensure accuracy, safety, and productivity across the shift.

* Job Description:

**** What You’ll Do
*** Assist the Warehouse Manager in directing daily warehouse activities including loading, unloading, order selection, and replenishment.
* Train and onboard new hires; reinforce SOPs, work rules, and safety guidelines.
* Certify employees on pallet jack, reach trucks, forklift, stock pickers and other warehouse equipment
* Support and motivate team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
* Use warehouse management systems to locate product and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Review orders for completeness and accuracy before shipment.
* Safely operate manual and powered equipment; perform equipment inspections.
* Process will call and direct bill orders and receive point-of-sale orders.
* Inspect inbound deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders and invoices.
* Assist with claims, returns, and coordination with Purchasing, AP, and carriers.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
** What We’re Looking For
*** 1–2 years of warehouse experience; prior lead or trainer experience a plus.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to lead through teamwork and influence.
* Ability to safely lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to operate scanning devices and warehouse equipment.
