- Analyze and route outgoing orders based on various logistical factors to optimize delivery efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align routing decisions with operational needs
- Manage routing software updates and maintain daily delivery logs
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improved service and cost reduction
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using delivery data and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or Industrial Engineering; or 2+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 2-3+ years of experience in Routing, Logistics, or Transportation planning, preferably in Beverage Distribution
- Strong understanding of multi-stop delivery environments and time sensitivity
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with routing platforms and BI tools
- Experience in high-volume consumer goods distribution
- Demonstrated success in using data to inform decisions and implement logistics solutions
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a track record of driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Flexibility and openness to constructive feedback for continuous improvement
