Principle Auto is seeking an exceptional Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our rapidly growing dealership. You have an enthusiastic presence and a contagious smile. You are high energy. You have the ability to communicate needs and requests effectively to management and sales personnel. You provide an exceptional customer service experience and promote teamwork with fellow associates.

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, process, and restock daily orders and customer special orders
• Maintain and clean bin organization
• Prepare and ship core and warranty returns
• Locate and assign new parts locations daily
• Run errands for the parts department as needed
• Communicate the need for equipment and/or supplies
• Safely drive vehicles in the service lot and when in the parts truck

• Must be proficient in English
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time, walk quickly, and run
• Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather (rain, snow, wind, heat)
• Willingness to work a varied schedule, including some Saturdays and holidays
• Computer proficiency is necessary
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Good oral communication skills
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to work comfortably with the public
• Ensure prompt clocking in/out when leaving and returning to the dealership
• Clean driving record
• Valid state driver's license
• Required to pass a drug test and background check
