Logistics Coordinator – ACERTUS

Location:

San Antonio, TX. Salary: $91,520–$114,400 per year (approx. $21/hr).

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm; evenings/weekends may be required.

• Motivate a staff of professional drivers and other dispatch/operations personnel.
• Evaluate incoming pick‑up and delivery requests and determine driver assignments.
• Analyze client orders and available driving personnel to plan and execute within client needs and expectations.
• Maintain and update information in internal systems to ensure proper communication with internal and external customers.
• Communicate with personnel or customers to estimate time of delivery or pickups.
• Coordinate with driving personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze reports daily and identify areas of improved efficiency.
• Develop action plans with driving personnel to reduce service failure.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSR, state and local regulations regarding dispatch operations and safe driving operations.
• Ensure driver maintains and submits receipts for all services performed.
• Work comfortably outside in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years experience with Windows computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Great oral and written communication skills.
• Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work according to deadlines and client expectations.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Strong logistics and geographic skill set.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience with transportation software a plus.
• Personal responsibility to manage change.
