Immediate opening for a solo Class B CDL truck driver in San Antonio, TX. Join us as a truck driver and travel locally within a 150‑mile radius on a daily basis.

- Weekly Pay: $847
- Hourly Pay: $21.18 per hour
- Hours per week: 35‑40
- Paid training
- Safety bonus: $250 per quarter
- Schedule:
Variable, at least 2 days off weekly - Start time: 7:00 AM
- Delivery: SOLO to San Antonio and within 150‑mile radius
- Route type:
Local Home Daily - Trailer type:
Straight truck 26′ - Freight: touch rolling bins, lift donated goods
- Uniforms and boot allowance provided
- Paid personal time off starts day 1 – 80 hours accrued in first year; unused vacation paid at hourly rate
- Medical, dental & vision start at 30 days
- Paid maternity leave: 12 weeks

- Truck maintenance: 36 months or newer, 24/7 roadside maintenance, fuel at over 800 nationwide facilities
- We will purchase your truck if you want to switch from owner‑operator to company employee driver

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass a Ryder drug test, background & motor‑vehicle check (including verification from previous employers for the last 3 years)
- Pass a DOT physical and a Ryder road test
- Provide a valid CDL and required endorsements
- Class A or Class B experience in tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
- 9 months of experience within the past 3 years OR
- 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years OR
- 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
- Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
- Load and unload freight as required by customer
- Perform other duties as assigned
