The Route Service Delivery Driver’s primary responsibilities are to provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, accelerate growth through upselling, manage account information, and work safely. This role requires the ability to safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).

Location:

San Antonio, TX
Compensation: $61,160 + customer tips
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday (Mondays dependent on business needs)
Start Time: Between 6 am – 7 am until workload completed

• Deliver products to customers by providing friendly, face‑to‑face service.
• Accurately record and manage account and delivery information.
• Operate CMV safely in all weather conditions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 45 lb. units (average 250 units per day).
• Maintain a clean driving record and obtain a DOT medical card.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable positions).
• Service‑oriented with strong sales skills.
• Work independently, efficiently, and in diverse weather conditions.
• Strong customer interaction skills in a variety of settings.
• Capability to lift and carry 250+ units per day, each up to 45 lb.
• Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40‑55 times per day.
• Work an average 45‑hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
• Possess a clean driving record: no more than 3 driving‑related violations in the last 3 years, no violent or major offenses.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
