, a leading concrete and aggregate supplier headquartered in San Antonio, TX. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to coordinate hauls, take orders from customers, and support our Dispatch Manager. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of concrete from one of our 11 area plants to the jobsite of one of our valued customers.

• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate and schedule loads for both account and non-account customers
• Communicate effectively with customers, plant managers, and drivers
• Record and retain critical information from customers about pour logistics
• Support the Dispatch Manager, fellow dispatchers, Operations and Sales Team
• Report and communicate safety issues to proper personnel
• Flexible availability required, including early morning shifts (1-2 AM start times) and occasional weekends

• High School Diploma required
• Bilingual strongly preferred
• Proficient with basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in concrete and the logistics industry preferred
