Position Summary
The Graduate Assistant Artistic Swimming Coach will serve in all phases of a competitive artistic swimming program in accordance with US Collegiate, USA Artistic Swimming and University of Incarnate Word rules and regulations. The Graduate Assistant reports to the Head Artistic Swimming Coach.
Essential Functions
- Assist with team travel.
- Assist with Recruit communications/management of process.
- Assist with scheduling in CARALOG .
- Assist with on deck coaching.
- Assist with management of team roles.
- Assist with competition management.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Work Experience
None.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience competing in collegiate athletics.
- Experience coaching artistic swimming.
- Experience in leadership.
Must have a valid drivers license, driving record that is insurable by UIW insurance carrier, and be at least 21 years of age, as required to drive for UIW .
Work Hours
- Monday – Friday and some weekends.
- At least 20 hours per week, up to 25 hours per week.
Ability to lift equipment, tools, and/or materials weighing up to 15 pounds waist-high.
