The Toptracer Teaching Professional is responsible for delivering high-quality golf instruction using Toptracer technology while creating an engaging, welcoming, and educational experience for guests of all skill levels. This role blends teaching expertise, technology, and exceptional hospitality to elevate the golf experience and support Hyatt’s commitment to memorable guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group golf instruction utilizing Toptracer technology
- Analyze swing data and performance metrics to offer clear, actionable coaching and feedback
- Demonstrate proper golf techniques, drills, and gameplay features within the Toptracer system
- Create a positive, encouraging learning environment for beginners through advanced players
- Promote lesson programs, clinics, and Toptracer instructional offerings to guests
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed during instruction and practice sessions
- Assist guests with understanding Toptracer gameplay features and practice modes
- Maintain a professional teaching environment, including cleanliness and organization of instructional areas
- Collaborate with Golf Operations and Toptracer staff to enhance guest engagement and programming

Qualifications- PGA Member or Apprentice preferred (or equivalent professional teaching experience)
- Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, swing mechanics, and instructional techniques
- Experience using golf technology and swing analysis tools;
Toptracer experience a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching
- Ability to engage guests of varying ages and skill levels
- Professional demeanor aligned with Hyatt service standards
- Ability to stand, demonstrate golf swings, and provide instruction for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle golf equipment as needed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet resort business levels
