IOS Developer

Akkodis is seeking an iOS Developer for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX. You will develop intuitive, high-quality iOS applications with a focus on user experience and reusable Swift

UI components.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Design and develop iOS applications with a strong focus on creating intuitive user experiences across multiple devices, following Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
• Build reusable Swift
  
  UI components to enhance modularity and maintainability of the codebase.
• Work with native Apple frameworks and third-party SDKs such as UIKit, Foundation, Google Maps, Alamofire, and AF Networking.
• Implement design patterns and architectures like MVC, MVVM, and MVP for scalable and maintainable app development.
• Collaborate using development and monitoring tools such as Git Lab, Visual Studio, Jira, and Confluence for efficient project management.
• Optimize application performance using Xcode Instruments and ensure high-quality code through code reviews and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in iOS application development.
• Strong proficiency in Swift
  
  UI, Objective-C, and experience with design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and MVP.
• Hands‑on experience with Xcode, Interface Builder, and third‑party SDKs (e.g., Google Maps, Alamofire), along with familiarity with Apple frameworks like UIKit and Core Graphics.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
