- Managing the complete parent journey—from initial contact through sustained engagement—for a single campus.
- Delivering persuasive information sessions and individual consultations that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters.
- Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels valued and supported after enrollment.
- Establishing trust and visibility through consistent on-site engagement, local community partnerships, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Mobilizing parent advocates to expand referrals and strengthen community influence.
- Using formulaic sales scripts or impersonal outreach methods.
- Handing off relationship cultivation to campus personnel or operating from a support-only position.
- Allowing organized parent committees to compromise or weaken Alpha's educational approach.
- Working remotely—this role is fully immersed in the parent experience and the local community.
- Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your campus by cultivating high-trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy.
- Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or are willing to relocate to:

Charlotte, NC;
Austin, TX;
Brownsville, TX;
Fort Worth, TX; or Kirkland, WA. - Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making.
- Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation learning model.

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
