Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Repair Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial finishing and application equipment. This role is hands‑on and customer‑facing, requiring strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service both in the shop and in the field.

• Perform maintenance, repair service, and warranty repairs on paint, powder coat, sandblast, and spray foam insulation application equipment.
• Support the system installation team during on‑site equipment installations.
• Provide over‑the‑phone and in‑person troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues.
• Train customers on proper equipment operation, safety, and routine maintenance.
• Assist with counter sales and customer support as needed.
• Travel to customer sites for service calls and installation support.

• Mechanical, electrical, or technical background preferred.
• Experience servicing industrial equipment, spray systems, or similar machinery is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel for service and installation work.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to lift and move equipment and tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in shop, warehouse, and field environments.
