Install Tech - Water Filtration Plumbing

Job Title:
Water Filtration Install Tech (Plumber) – $55K–$65K+

Puragain Water is hiring an experienced and reliable Water Filtration Install Tech to join our growing team. If you're a plumber or plumbing tech who enjoys hands‑on work, helping customers, and being part of a fast‑moving company, this is the role for you.

As an Install Tech, you'll complete 1–2 residential installations per day, servicing water filtration systems with precision, professionalism, and top‑tier customer service. This is a full‑time opportunity with solid pay, benefits, and the ability to grow in a recession‑resistant industry.

• Pay: $55,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience and productivity)

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Own a reliable truck or van and have tools for the job
• Comfortable with basic plumbing and water filtration installations
• Self‑motivated and proactive problem‑solver
  
  Able to work independently and stay organized
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Perform professional installation of water filtration systems in customer homes
• Complete 1–2 installs daily with high attention to quality and safety
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing and system performance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Maintain accurate install/service records
