The Role
As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll be the face of Radiant in our customers' homes. You'll diagnose plumbing issues, explain solutions clearly, and perform high-quality repairs with professionalism and care. This is a customer-focused role that combines strong technical ability with communication and problem-solving. You'll use Service Titan on an iPad to document work, present options, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

What You'll Need

• Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license
• 2–3 years of residential service plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with no major violations in the past 3 years
• Comfort training and guiding an apprentice
• Ability to confidently use an iPad and Service Titan
• Strong customer service skills, including diagnosing issues and clearly explaining and recommending repairs
• Hands-on experience with:
• Leak detection and repair
• Tank and tankless water heaters
• Water filtration systems
• Plumbing fixtures
• Drain cleaning and drain line replacement
