Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical
- At least 4 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC Installation experience.
- Comfortable in a Lead role with a Helper assigned.
- Working knowledge of local inspection codes.
- EPA Certification.
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- At least 5 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
- EPA Certification and TDLR required.
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
- Willingness to approach, speak and engage with customers.
- Sales experience is preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate.
- Prior plumbing and drain cleaning experience/exposure is a plus!
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are preferred.
- Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school.
- EPA Certification (We may be able to assist if you do not have this).
- A High School diploma or GED is required with 6-8 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- A working knowledge of basic carpentry, gas piping, electricity, and air flow are required.
