We’re looking for a Window Covering Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and customer care. You’ll measure and install blinds, shades, shutters, exterior shades/awnings, and drapes in customers’ homes, represent the brand professionally, and help deliver 5-star results.

• 2+ years of Handyman or general carpentry experience required if no window covering experience
• In-home window covering installation experience is a bonus
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and customer-service focused
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs consistently and work on ladders and stairs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Arrive on time daily to office and customer s homes
• Measure and install window treatments accurately for a clean finish
• Troubleshoot install issues and resolve them professionally
• Protect client homes and leave the workspace clean
• Stay current on products and installation best practices, including programming motorization and apps
• Care for provided tools and equipment
