Lead Maintenance HVAC at Tarantino Properties, Inc.
DescriptionSeeking a maintenance technician for a large apartment community in San Antonio. Responsible for A/C, electrical, sheetrock repair, plumbing, appliance repair, painting, grounds maintenance, and delivering outstanding customer service to residents. Prepare vacant apartments for market‑ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
Responsibilities- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Paint and maintain grounds, including common areas.
- Resolve maintenance issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, sheetrock, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market‑ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
- At least 2+ years of onsite experience.
- Valid Identification.
- Full‑time position.
- HVAC Certified.
- Minimum of two years of experience.
- Base plus commission.
- 401(k).
- Dental insurance.
- Health insurance.
- Paid time off.
- Vision insurance.
Pay Rate: $33 per hour PLUS commission.
