Residential Plumber - Sales Tech

Founded in 2003, Rosenberg Indoor Comfort provides high-quality residential and commercial HVAC services around the San Antonio, TX area. Our growing team is hiring a full-time Residential Plumber - Sales Tech who can complete hands-on work while helping grow the business by selling additional upgrades and replacements. With base pay and commission, you can earn $75,000 - $150,000/year! That's on top of our terrific benefits package, which includes:

THE RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER - SALES TECH WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Do you meet these qualifications?

* TX state master, journeyman, or tradesman plumbing license

* 3+ years of residential plumbing experience

* Sales experience or knowledge

* Valid TX driver's license with a clean driving record (no DWIs within the past 5 years)

* Ability to lift 75+ pounds

* Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

* Clear and professional communication skills

Can you satisfactorily perform these essential duties?

* Independently traveling to customers' homes, assessing their plumbing systems, and troubleshooting any leaks or problems

* Clearly explaining service options and performing high-quality system repairs

* Selling relevant system upgrades and replacements to increase business revenue

* Providing professional customer service, treating customers' homes respectfully, and cleaning your work area before leaving

Are you able to work these hours?

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
