We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and facilities. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, electrical repair, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities- Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and facilities to ensure efficiency.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks related to electrical distribution, air handlers, and mechanical doors.
- Collaborate on large HVAC projects, focusing primarily on preventive maintenance tasks.
- Utilize BVA controls and manage large tonnage units effectively.
- 4+ years of industrial or commercial HVAC experience with large units.
- Proficiency in electrical repair and mechanical systems.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with BVA controls.
- Familiarity with large tonnage unit maintenance.
- Experience om HVAC unite from industrial or commercial buildings (non resident ail)

Work EnvironmentThe work environment involves rotating shifts every other week, with 12-hour days and multiple days off between switches. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, with large HVAC projects outsourced. The pay scale is competitive, ranging from $35-47. Expect to work with advanced technologies and equipment in a dynamic setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $97760.00/yr.
