HVAC Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and facilities. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, electrical repair, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and facilities to ensure efficiency.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks related to electrical distribution, air handlers, and mechanical doors.
• Collaborate on large HVAC projects, focusing primarily on preventive maintenance tasks.
• Utilize BVA controls and manage large tonnage units effectively.

• 4+ years of industrial or commercial HVAC experience with large units.
• Proficiency in electrical repair and mechanical systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Experience with BVA controls.
• Familiarity with large tonnage unit maintenance.
• Experience om HVAC unite from industrial or commercial buildings (non resident ail)

The work environment involves rotating shifts every other week, with 12-hour days and multiple days off between switches. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, with large HVAC projects outsourced. The pay scale is competitive, ranging from $35-47. Expect to work with advanced technologies and equipment in a dynamic setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $97760.00/yr.
