Electrician Helper

Job Type: 3 Contract
Position Overview
seeking an Electrical Helper to support licensed electricians. This role involves assisting with electrical installation activities, including pulling tubing and wire, staging materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with daily electrical tasks
- Pull tubing, conduit, and wire as directed
- Support installation work in an industrial environment
- Transport, stage, and organize tools and materials
- Follow safety procedures and site protocols at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Support team productivity to meet project timelines
- 3 - 5 years of previous experience as an electrical helper, laborer, or similar role preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and work on feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Prior experience supporting industrial construction projects
- Local to Boerne, TX or surrounding areas
- Opportunity for overtime based on project need
