• 2-3+ years of experience
  in
  commercial AV integration
  (Crestron, Extron preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and email communication.
• Strong
  organizational, time management, and problem-solving
  skills.
• Ability towork independently or in a fast-paced team environment,following processes and checklists.
• Skilled in
  system troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and customer training
  .
• Capable of
  lifting 40lbsregularly
  (occasionally over 75lbs) and working on ladders.
• Professional English proficiency
  with the ability to train technicians and ensure industry standards.
• Willingness to
  travel within the U.S. (25% – 50% of the time)for job site visits.

• CTS Certification preferred, but not required
• OSHA 10

$27.00 – $34.00/hour

• 401K with 50% employer match up to first 5%
