As a Diesel Mechanic/Technician, you’ll be the expert our customers rely on to keep their fleets on the road. This field‑based role is perfect for skilled technicians who enjoy independence and variety in their work.

• Perform on‑site preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and follow‑up repairs on Class 6‑8 trucks.
• Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools, including handheld computers and precision instruments.
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure every repair meets top‑quality standards.
• Stay productive and efficient, meeting or beating industry‑standard repair times.
• Jump in wherever needed – we’re a team that supports each other.

• At least 3 years of hands‑on diesel tech experience on Class 6‑8 trucks.
• Expertise in CNG engine systems is a huge plus.
• DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise.
• Strong communication skills with customers and drivers.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, navigation systems and digital tools.
• Ready for the outdoors – rain or shine at customer yards.
• Independent, dependable, and self‑motivated.
• A positive attitude and safety‑first mindset.
• Must be 23+ with a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Bring your own hand tools; we’ll supply everything else.

• Dynamic high‑traffic areas – safety and precision are key.
• Exposure to dust, diesel fumes, and shop or yard noise.
• Safe handling of chemicals, oils, and grease.
• Ability to lift, move, and position heavy equipment or components.
• Active work: bend, kneel, crawl, crouch to access vehicle components.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
