• Starting salary of $26–$28 per hour depending on experience + a $3 shift differential

• Monday – Friday every week (Third Shift: 4 pm – 3 am, no weekends)
• Repair / maintenance shop at our San Antonio, TX hauling site

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts.
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles to ensure the safety of employees and community members.
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
• Assist senior mechanics in completing project work.
• Conduct reviews, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination.

• Exposed to environmental factors including dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar conditions, often.
• Work operates in both inside garage/shop or outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
