We spark joy and delight in our customer’s day. We do this by delivering amazing experiences and performing meticulous repairs on coffee equipment. Just like getting your favorite cup of coffee or that perfect steak — it’s all about the experience!

CCR was founded on October 1, 2016, by the CEO, Shane Eastwood. Caffeinated Coffee Repairs (CCR) began with a simple idea: coffee equipment repair could be done better. With experience as a Starbucks barista and manager, Shane turned his passion for coffee into a business focused on quality and service.

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs specializes in repairing all types and brands of coffee machine for both coffee enthusiasts and commercial clients. Our mission is to keep coffee flowing by ensuring equipment performance is at its best – so our clients and their customers can enjoy the perfect cup of coffee without interruption.

More than just repairs, we deliver experiences – sparking joy with every service call, one machine at a time.

We have a solid team throughout the Texas market, as well as New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Washington State. As a team we support all areas to service our customers above and beyond their expectations.

We perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and installations of coffee equipment for all our customers. We specialize in many different espresso machines, brewers, and grinding equipment. We are one of the largest vendors in the nation helping keep the coffee world brewing. New hires begin riding along with a certified technician until we can get them enrolled in a certification class.

We work with several different manufacturers.

Once trained and certified you can then go out on your own with a work vehicle. Although the job is mostly independent work, we still work as a team to support each other. We also thrive to have great customer interaction, and to keep our customers satisfied. Technology has changed a lot, so we work on some of the most advanced equipment that requires lots of troubleshooting from time to time.

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Preventive Maintenance Technician
. No prior technical experience is required—just a passion for coffee and a willingness to learn! Experience as a barista or in appliance repair is a plus but not necessary. We’ll train you to keep our clients’ equipment running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water filtration systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, cleanings, calibrations, and minor part replacements to prevent breakdowns.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing professional, dependable service.
• Ensure all maintenance records and service documentation are completed accurately.
• Identify and report potential equipment issues before they lead to major repairs.
• Operate independently within your assigned territory, typically during the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• A genuine interest in coffee—you’ll be around a lot of it!
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Comfortable working independently and using a smartphone for scheduling and inventory tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer-first attitude and commitment to reliability.
