We are looking for service-oriented individuals who are passionate, motivated, hard-working, and effective!

Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our San Antonio Apartment communities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of maintenance tech experience and be proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. This role is responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of residents.

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Conduct routine inspections of apartment units and community spaces
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Reports supply needs to Lead Maintenance and or Community Manager and maintain shop organization
• Ability to be on call for after-hours emergencies

• Minimum of 1 year general maintenance tech experience
• Carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience
• HVAC Certification required
• CPO Certification preferred
