• Start-up and troubleshoot automation control systems pertaining to air distribution equipment, air handlers, valves, variable speed equipment, exhaust systems, lighting, chill water, and boiler systems.
• Assist with replacement, renovation, or retrofit of building HVAC systems on various projects.
• Provide innovative and superior building automation systems and outstanding customer service.
• Understand Reliable Product line and installation methods.
• Understand HVAC and Electrical concepts.
• Maintain communication with the PM and team members.
• Material Management/Chain of Custody.
• Point-to-Point including end device setup on boxes and fan coils.
• Controller hardware setup, wired and addressed correctly.
• MSET MPC and Cradle Point setup.
• Checkout of terminal units, fan coils, and complete sheets; perform sequence checks on boxes and fan coils.
• Basic troubleshooting of terminal units and fan coils; maintain checkout books, checkout sheets, and redline submittals.
• Checkout AHU.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) Required, College Degree Preferred
• Technical aptitude
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge in one or more of the following is a plus:
• HVAC controls concepts
• HVAC equipment
• Electrical
• Controls installation
• Computer networking
• Experienced with using Microsoft Office Applications
• Excel
• Word
• Outlook
• Visio
