Restoration 1 of Texas Hill Country provides emergency property restoration services due to water, mold, fire, and odor damage. We are growing and searching for customer service-focused Restoration Technicians in the greater San Antonio area.
A technician's primary responsibility is to execute and document all work related to water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, or bio-hazard clean-ups under the direction of a Lead Technician.

- Restoration experience NOT Required
- Customer service experience - Required
- Water mitigation and mold remediation experience - Preferred
- Construction experience - Preferred
- IICRC Certifications - Preferred
- Provide Legendary Customer Service
- Remove water from residential and commercial properties
- Removal of damaged materials in structures: drywall, flooring, cabinets, etc.
- Carrying, setting, and cleaning specialty drying equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and management
- Participate in the 'on-call' rotation for emergency service calls after hours and on assigned weekends.
- Work independently and as a team
- Responsible for the assigned vehicle, managing inventory on van and equipment care and maintenance
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
