A leading facility management company in San Antonio is seeking a Maintenance Technician II responsible for skilled maintenance and repair work across commercial buildings. The role includes troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Candidates must have 3 years of general facility maintenance experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Hospital industries. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. A valid Class 'C' driver's license is required along with an ethical approach to work.
