Will Fix It, part of American Residential Services, is the largest provider of residential services in the United States.

The role involves troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems for over 7000 customers nationwide.

• At least 5 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification and TDLR required
• Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects regularly
• Willingness to work long sporadic hours and/or weekends as required
• Pre‑employment drug screen and background checks required; must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
