As our Plumbing Services Lead you will play a critical role in growing our newly launched Plumbing Services business unit 🚀. The position will report directly to ownership and be included in many strategic decisions at the company-level, along with having responsibilities in handling day-to-day plumbing field activity. This is a ground floor opportunity for the right individual who is passionate about quality, customer experience and team building.

The Plumbing Services Lead must be able to effectively communicate and work with customers and vendors. The individual may be the first point of contact with customers in many instances and be courteous, friendly and professional. • Experience in Residential Plumbing Sales, Service and Installation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate options effectively with clients.
• Experience and Technical Proficiency with Commercial Plumbing Services.
• Required - Texas Plumbing Journeyman License
• Required - Texas Driver’s License
