Maintenance Technician

Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, Pappasito’s Cantina, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse and Pappas Bar-B-Q. We’re searching for highly motivated Maintenance Technicians who have the desire to work in a team environment and to continually develop new skills. Duties include the installation, service and repair of fixtures, furniture and equipment for our restaurant locations.

• Install, service and repair fixtures, furniture and equipment for Pappas restaurant locations.

• Rotating on call schedule
• Previous experience working in construction carpentry trades
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently as necessary
• Proficiency using hand and power tools
• Possess an excellent attention to detail

Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors; be able to lift up to 40 pounds, crawl, stoop, climb ladders and work in a variety of physical conditions. This is not a complete list of all physical considerations and further information can be provided upon request.
