As a Security Officer - Medical Corporate Patrol in San Antonio, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents. You will respond to calls for assistance, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and emergency responders while delivering excellent customer service.

Pay Rate: $18.40 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Tue  03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by following site‑specific security‑related procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities as appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor security‑related systems and points of entry, assist with visitor direction and/or access verification, and report maintenance or environmental concerns observed during rounds.
• Complete required reports such as incident reports, shift activity logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
