Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other systems as assigned, and communicate unusual activity through reporting and escalation channels;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance with emergency response activities;
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by following procedures and site-specific access requirements;
Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports, and support badge, key, and visitor management processes
