Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location;
Monitor access points and lobby activity, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized entry;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and medical events, and notify appropriate parties;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Complete shift logs and incident reports, document observed conditions, and communicate security-related concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision
