Armed Security Guard

Position Summary

We’re hiring seasoned Armed Security Officers for a casino‑style posting, where professionalism, guest experience, and calm control are the standard. This role is ideal for officers who bring a confident presence, strong judgment, and a customer‑service mindset—someone who can de‑escalate quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain a secure, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, highly visible setting alongside a professional team, supporting venue operations while keeping safety, compliance, and discretion at the forefront.

• Always maintain a high‑visibility security presence and professional demeanor
• Deliver exceptional customer service while enforcing venue policies with tact and consistency
• De‑escalate disputes and manage disruptive behavior using verbal skills and sound judgment
• Monitor guest activity, entrances/exits, and sensitive areas to deter threats and policy violations
• Conduct security patrols, respond to calls for service, and document incidents accurately
• Coordinate with supervisors and venue leadership during incidents and special events
• Follow all use‑of‑force guidelines, safety protocols, and applicable laws
• Maintain readiness and accountability for issued equipment and post assignments

• Armed security license
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication and a composed, professional presence
• Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflict without escalating
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Clean background suitable for armed security (per local/state requirements)

• Prior military or law enforcement experience strongly preferred
• Experience in casino, nightlife, hospitality, executive protection, or high‑end venues
• Training/experience in crisis intervention, verbal judo, or de‑escalation programs
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
