Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures and access control requirements;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns;
Monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control panels; respond to alerts and initiate notifications per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, and disruptive behavior; assist with evacuations and/or shelter-in-place activities as directed;
Document patrols, incidents, and noteworthy activities in daily logs and reports; communicate updates to property management and Allied Universal leadership as required
