The Supervisor, Security Operations Center will be responsible for leading day-to-day security operations and incident response activities within our SOC. This physical security role is critical to ensuring the safety and security of our people, facilities, assets, and operations across domestic and international locations. The SOC Supervisor will provide operational leadership, oversee real-time monitoring and response activities, and serve as a key liaison between security leadership, physical security teams, technology partners, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

* Supervise and oversee real time monitoring, incident response, and escalation activities within the SOC.

* Manage daily SOC staff/operations, staffing workflows, and task prioritization in coordination with Global Security leadership.

* Ensure consistent execution of SOC standard operating procedures (SOPs), service delivery standards, and response protocols.

Incident Management and Intelligence

* Triage, analyze, and prioritize incoming alarms, service requests, and incident reports to ensure timely and appropriate response.

* Familiarity with or be willing to learn protective intelligence strategies, monitor open-source media, proprietary platforms, and business intelligence tools to identify risks/threats that may impact personnel safety, physical security, or business operations.

* Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, procedural gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Technology and Systems Oversight

* Collaborate with physical security teams and internal/external partners on security system administration, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

* Coordinate and track service issues, outages, and technical support activities across access control, video management, alarm, and identity management systems.

* Provide advanced-level support for physical security and identity management platforms, ensuring system reliability and operational readiness.

* Be familiar with or willing to learn AI technologies to enhance operational security.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

* Communicate system status, incidents, and operational impacts to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, timely, and professional manner.

* Serve as a liaison with law enforcement (local, state, and federal), industry peers, and SOC/GSOC working groups.

* Produce concise incident reports, after-action reviews, and operational updates for leadership as required.

Training, Compliance and Continuous Improvement

* Support development and delivery of SOC training programs, drills, and exercises to enhance readiness and performance.

* Contribute to SOP development, system audits, data analysis, and security system mapping initiatives.

* Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the SOC.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a time-sensitive operational setting.

* Proficiency with physical security technologies, including video management systems, access control platforms, alarm systems, and incident management software (e.g., Restrata, Brivo, Wisenet Wave, Milestone, Lenel S2, or similar).

* Microsoft Office Suite proficient.

* Proven ability to lead teams under pressure and make sound decisions during critical incidents.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information, establish facts, and draw defensible conclusions.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and external partners.

* Demonstrated initiative, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to operational excellence.

* Absolute discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Working Conditions:

* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call responsibilities as required.

* Ability to travel approximately 10 - 15%, including overnight travel.

* Monday - Friday, 7:00AM- 4:00PM or 8:00AM - 5:00PM (flexible based on operational needs).

* Additional flexibility required for incidents, escalations, and on-call support.
