• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal's procedures.
• Collaborate with store personnel and law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, disturbances, and/or other unwanted activity within the retail environment.

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
