The primary purpose of this position is to serve as comptroller, responsible for establishing needed wing policies and concepts for development, submission, presentation and execution of the budget for the multiple appropriations supporting the mission of the 688 Cyberspace Wing (CW).

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as comptroller, responsible for establishing needed wing policies and concepts for development, submission, presentation and execution of the budget for the multiple appropriations supporting the mission of the 688 Cyberspace Wing (CW).

• All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.

• Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and/or holidays
• Overtime may be required as workload demands and in some cases with no-notice due to urgency of time-sensitive matters. Shift work may be required if assigned.

• Position is designated special-sensitive and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
• Drug Testing:
  This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program.
• Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.
• The employee may be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments.
• This is a Key Position:
  Incumbent must be removed from their military recall status if alternatives for filling the position during an emergency are not available.
• This is a Financial Management Level 3 Certified position IAW the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, Section 1599d. Incumbent shall comply with requirement of the certification program.
