• Provide customer service while conducting security procedures and responding to emergencies.
• Respond calmly to incidents to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, maintaining visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits and common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Remain alert to potential threats and report unusual circumstances to personnel and law enforcement.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with employees, customers and visitors.
• Follow protocols for carrying firearms responsibly, in accordance with company and site requirements.
• Complete documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal leadership to address concerns and support objectives.

• Minimum three years combined law‑enforcement, military or security experience, or a college degree.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• Level III armed certification required for Texas positions.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Schedule:

Day Time – 06:00 AM – 02:45 PM (Wed–Fri); 06:00 AM – 02:45 PM Sat
