Location: San Antonio, TX (Near Potranco Rd)

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Friday 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting findings as required.
• Assist in deterring criminal activity and policy violations by maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership regarding incidents, concerns, or requests for assistance.
• Follow all site-specific protocols related to access control, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures.
• Support a welcoming environment for customers, employees, and visitors by providing helpful information and assistance as needed.

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required and will be validated according to Allied Universal driver policy.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs is required.
• Lce licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
