Position: Armed Security Guard – Outlet Patrol at San Antonio, TX
. As a Part‑Time Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail locations, remain visible to deter security‑related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time – Mon 04:15 PM - 11:30 PM;
Tue 05:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the retail location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, utilizing conflict resolution skills as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity and observe and report any unusual situations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to deter unauthorized access and suspicious behavior.
• Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Assist with crowd management and/or access control during busy periods or special events as required by site-specific protocols.

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
