Garda World Security Services – Surveillance Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses and other environments. The role requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to capture and report on security incidents.

• Saturday & Sunday 2pm–10pm (16 hours / part‑time)

• Excellent customer service with a focus on guest directions
• Complete patrols of building and grounds, report incidents, and investigate concerns
• Draft detailed reports on property damage, theft, accidents, and unusual occurrences
• Check identification to prevent unauthorized access to the facility
• Secure company assets against robbery, vandalism, and illegal entry
• Perform entry/exit screening, roving patrols, and monitor security/Front Desk
• Operate visitor management system, print badges, and control access
• Operate camera and alarm surveillance, walk building and parking areas
• Use computers and smartphones for reporting and communications
• Assist Operations Management in emergencies, including contacting police as needed

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive background screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or law‑enforcement experience a plus
• State license required if applicable
