Contingent upon contract award

Altamira is looking for qualified candidates to fill multiple roles in support of a contingent program, primarily located in Augusta, GA (and limited roles in San Antonio, TX). Candidates must have certifications in various specialties, demonstrate technical abilities for direct mission support, and provide coverage for a 24/7, year-round workforce.

• Journeyman Geolocation Operator - Language (Lima)
• Journeyman Geolocation Operator - Signals Analyst (Sierra)
• Active Geolocation Senior Mentor
• Passive Geolocation Senior Mentor
• Mission Manager Senior Mentor
• Collection/Reporting Senior Mentor

For each role, the following capabilities and qualifications apply. Examples include:

• Two (2) years of relevant, operational experience within the last five (5) years
• Experience conducting RF collection and/or Direction-Finding operations
• Utilize customer tools and databases to acquire and analyze relevant data for intelligence production
• Successfully complete initial certification training within 30 days of assignment (active or role-specific)
• Current certifications in basic operations, passive and active geolocation methods, and technologies
• Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency in relevant foreign language(s) for language roles
• ILR level-2 proficiency in a relevant foreign language for Language (Lima) role
• Instructor certifications for Senior Mentor roles (where applicable)

• Active Geolocation Senior Mentor: five years of operation and/or instruction experience within the last seven years; current or previous instructor certification; must hold an Active Operator Certification, or be eligible for recertification; must obtain one Operator Instructor Certification within 30 days of assignment
• Passive Geolocation Senior Mentor: five years of operation and/or instruction experience within the last seven years; two years of instructor experience or instructor certification; must hold a Passive Geolocation Certification, or be eligible for recertification; must achieve Passive Geolocation Instructor Certification within 30 days of assignment
• Mission Manager Senior Mentor: five years of operation and/or instruction experience within the last seven years; current or previous instructor certification
• Collection/Reporting Senior Mentor: five years of operation and/or instruction experience within the last seven years; experience with time-sensitive reporting; knowledge of customer databases and multi-media reporting systems; knowledge of multi-technology geolocation operations and RF collection
